MyRadar News provides personalized, AI-curated news digests that cross-reference stories across multiple sources. The Service includes a web application, email digests, and WhatsApp delivery.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service
• One account per person; automated or bot-created accounts are prohibited

4. Subscription & Billing

• New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with no credit card required
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue receiving digests
• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year) via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance

5. Content & Intellectual Property

MyRadar News aggregates, summarizes, and cross-references news from publicly available sources. All AI-generated summaries, corroboration scores, and digest compilations are the intellectual property of MyRadar News.

Original news articles remain the property of their respective publishers. We provide links to original sources and do not republish full articles.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our content at scale
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
• Share your account credentials with others

7. AI-Powered Content Disclaimer

Our corroboration scores and summaries are generated by AI and should be used as informational tools, not as definitive fact-checks. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every AI-generated assessment is correct. Always consult original sources for critical decisions.

8. DMCA & Content Removal

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The specific URL on our Service where the content appears
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests within 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability
